I dunno if there is any update.zip for your phone.
You can try a normal version for s5660,but it won't be my fauld for any damage Very Happy

s5660v v is vodafone...i need to use giopro 1.3 ??? for debrand???

I bought my gio from Vodafone too,but i didn't see that somewhere should be saying that it is a V model.
I rooted it without problems.

I buyed my gio stright from samsung and set cpu shows that my gio is 5660v to. But i didnt had no problem with root
