Root Explorer, Link2SD and similar apps [PROBLEM]

Hey. The thing is, I'm rooted and root programs work for me, like CF 3D, setcpu, but for example root explorer isn't working. It says "The application root explorer (process com.speedsoftware.rootexplorer) has stopped unexpectedly . Please try again. " And there's nothing I can do. I've decided to change my boot animation but without RE Im lost 
Anybody knows the problem ?
P.S. Superuser granted the permission. (allowed)

Fixed the problem by download the latest version of root explorer V2.17.1. Works great. By the way, I don't want to create another topic because it would be awfull Does anybody know where to get Caligo Chaser menu song ? 
) I really like it.
