Wifi problem help!!

I cant seem to connect to wifi.. it disconnect right after obtaining address

A ROM is like the operating system on a pc.
Did you changed it ?
Or it's the stock one ?

i change to gingerbread 2.3.5 with odin..
on d other hand how do i know if i bricked my phone

I don't think it's possible to brick your phone.
As long as you can get in Downloading mode everything will be ok.
And about your problem,are you sure that it's phone fault ?
Maybe your rooter isn't working properly.
Did you connected before to that rooter ?

If yes..flash anew ROM.
