back too stock rom from 1.4

can anyone tell me if gio pro 1.4 android 2.3.5 supports flash player?

i just got my gio and rooted it
so its in stock rooted 2.3.4 and i am going to get cm7 and gio pro 1.4 but i need to know how to manage my roms
i got cwm for gio and rom manager isnt recognising it unfortunently i tried reflashing it but still not working so i thought i could manage my roms by making a backup in cwm for every rom so flash cm7 and make a backup then gio pro 1.4 and backup and ive already backed up stock rooted rom then boot up in one of them then open my file manager go to clockworkmod/backup and rename the backup to whatever rom they are so i know wich rom im going to in cwm
is there anything wrong with doing this and if so how do all the other gio users like you guys manage your roms since rom manager wont recognise our cwm for gio recoverys

I would like a detailed instruction on how to instal without partitioning my sd and if ik keep all my apps and have the same language as i have now on my phone (Dutch).

Just install all roms in a sequence. Giopro 1.0>1.1>1.2>1.3 (via recovery) > 1.4. Before each flash do a factory reset. (there's no need for sd card partition also) Use Odin. Oh and by the way, make sure your phone has no roms installed before you flash GP1.0.

I had CM7 , it wasn't stable even on @822mhz. Anyway. I think 960 is too much. Eats battery like a hungry crocodile.
