Is GioPro 1.3 better in gaming than GioPro 1.4? (Gangstar Miami Vindication, Gt racing)

Someone here said he got more FPS on GioPRO 1.4,it means it could be better in gaming.

Huh xD.
Even if i'm a giopro fan,i can't say good things about 1.4 version..
I always had a lot of RAM occured..so it always was laggish.
