low memory & question

Hi,
1.I have android 2.3.7 [Cy4Noobs] and A2SD DarkTremor. [9,9 MB Used]. When I want download any of Angry Birds, GPlay say that "I don't have enough space". Why it tells me that
I also have:
- SD Card free space: 1,37 GB
- Dalvik kesh on sd-ext partition
2.What is Dalvik kesh and why i am using it???
