How to install a MOD

Can someone Explain me how to install a mod on my gio? (example WP7Gio MOD)
Gio Pro 1.4.
overclock on 960 MHZ.

1. or you flash it with odin (like GioPro 1.4)
2. or you flash CWM through recovery, then flash the mod through CWM Smile

i can't find this File cause it is an .img File.

It should be a zip file which you could flash through CWM.
Anyway,ask safariking from XDA,he's the creater.
