I Want to Try CyanogenMod 7

Hey there guys ! Recently i've been hearing good things about Rooting and Custom ROMs Specially CM7 and GioPro ! I Was always afraid of rooting because it seems too risky , but i decided to try the CM for once and if i like it , i may keep it !
So Simply I Need :-
1-A simple 1 click root ( Because ROMs require root (i think) ! and i tried z4 root and it didn't seem to work )
2- A Working CM7 ( or GioPro ) with a detailed tutorial for a noob like me
3- A Simple 1 click unroot / unROM ( or a simple tutorial )

and i need it to be done by a trustworthy member that knows what he's doing ( for example : Admin , Vito , Weeder , SoloRDS )

i have tested CM7 and it... sucks
the best i had had in my phone is GIO PRO

AND... : if you brick you phone i have made ZIP with all files you need to unbrick your phone. samsung phone are allmost unbrickable that topic i made: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
theres all files you need:
ODIN
OPS file
ONE PACKAGE file

p.s. read the read me file to know what to do!
p.s.s. after you install roms do a factory reset b4 you flash your phone.
p.s.s.s. if you install gippro do everything like with unbrick but in one package put giopro file.

Can someone teach me how to install giopro 1.4? I have tried myself, but I always get errors

In odin i get md5checksum fail

Well , it's awesome that it doesnt need Root to ROM the phone BUT I will need root to back up my stuff since Odin totaly deletes everything on ur phone
and i found The GioPro page (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1136798)
so now i just need a tutorial on flashing it and the root app

Man i''l give you a full TuT about it.
But when i get home cuz' i can't wait to write so much on my phone .

the tourtal is already writen in XDA. ok i give you them again:

Flashing Instruction:
1. Turn off your phone
2. PressHome + Volume [-] + Power button until it show downloading...
2. Connect your phone to PC
3. Run ODIN and insert all needed file

then some thing is wrong is whit the file. do you put one package file as ZIP ???

ODIN does not delete all files. thats b'coze you need to make factory reset. if you doesnt make factory reset your phone will not get started more than boot animation (bootloop)
IF your phone bootloops then turn your phone in to recovery mode and do the factory reset (home+power button)

use titanium backup and backup all your files.

DUDE ! TITANIUM NEEDS ROOT

gio pro comes all ready with root. install titanium backup and restore all your files. VOLA!! you will get all your files back. i have tested that

root you phone! nothing bad will hapen!

AND ONE HINT*
when you flash another rom your phone will boot longer than normal. in the first booting time. your phone will do last setups. could be like max 5 mins. mostly less.

Ok guys , Iam not worried anymore
Now iam gonna :
1- download the unbrick file
2- Follow the tut and flash the rom using odin while in downloading mode
