If I just root my phone will there be nothing different?
I mean if I just root it, will I keep Stock ROM with my language?
And is this is a good way of rooting?

Well, you'll also have Root Explorer preinstalled which is not a free app.
Anyway, there are more then 12% apps from market which need rooted phones.
