when will android 2.3.4 will come to gio trough Kies??

Anybody know when android 2.3.4 will come to Gio??

On Kies there is 2.3.4 update,i remember it very good.If not,you can flash SimpliGio+ 2.3.4 or CyanogenMod if you want 2.3.7 .

i try almost everyday to update my gio and it sais that i have the last firmware. i will like to make un official update because ai belive its maybe more relayble and free of glitches.

just update the your kies and it will update ur firmware..

i have Kies_2.1.0.11095_121_6 its the last one? its tell me that i have the last firmware on my gio... u tell me that u updated your gio through kies and u have android 2.3.4??

Maybe a problem with Kies,and ablut an official firmware release,in my opinion custom ROMs are way better than the stock one.
Doenload the official 2.3.4 firmware for your phone and flash it with Odin.

i dont know if is ok to put an custom rom. last time when i tried a custom rom i have an htc hero and after i put the custom rom mi wifi and bluetooth wosent working anymore :-? So basically u tell me that u have update your gio through kies and i have a problem,:-? Maybe i have to wait a little and it will work , maybe its a region thing and it isnt release for my region :-?

No,i have a custom ROM on my Gio,and trust me,it works like a charm !
And about the htc,i think you flashed a ROM that wasn't ready for use.
The same thing was to CyanogenMod 7.1,but now everything it's alright:D.

what is better in a custom rom, u have more ram at your dispozel, or u cand move more from your apps tu sd ? i will be able to update with official rom after that? if i want to update my gio with odin its must be rooted first ?

All which flashed a custom ROM had their Gio rooted,so yes you have to root it.
If the ROM that you'll be using it's 2.3.4 you won't need to update with the official firmware.
Anyway,i think even if your custom ROM will be 2.3.3 you won't be able to update it through Kies.

And one advice : when i tried to flash CyanogenMod i was about to brick my phone cuz' it started to stop in boot.
That's because i have no experience with that.
So,the best for your phone should be to flash GioPro or SimpliGio,and if you want overclock,Particle ROM .
