Flash a kernel on stock rom

Hi there,
I have a question about this subject
I want to flash a kernel on stock rom 2.3.6 but when I start my CWM, It says it can't mount cache/....
I can't mount system, and the guy who made it said that I have to do that.
Is there a way to solve it?

On 2.3.6 i flashed the kernel that AndroidNoOB posted and worked without any mount of system/cahe/dalvik or anything else..
