Screen problem

So i have a small problem , my phone sometimes doesn't completely lock , i mean i lock the phone but the screen keeps turning on sometimes on its own (from being black). I use go launcher ex and go locker if it has something to do with it.

well as i recall it used to do so even before i instaled go locker , it still means it can be go launcer's fault and that's what i'm thinking 2..is it "harmful" for the phone ? maybe beside the extra battery drain , i can't think of any other problem that would make me wanna remove it
