whats the cheapest armv7 phone?

whats the cheapest armv7 phone that is good and fast and that can play the new games? im asking bcuz my brother wants a new phone (currently he has x10 mini pro ) and if there is a possibility that its a samsung device then i would like it bcuz i already know some things about samsung phones ofc TY

The cheapest arm v7 phone i know of is the HTC Explorer.
Another cheap arm v7 phone is sony ericsson xperia mini which is a real beast for the price.

Idk in yours but in my country cheapest armv7 phone is ace + and galaxy wonder in Samsung devices=)

Yup Ace + and Sony Ericsson Xperia with Walkman.

thanks guys, i think that the winner is xperia mini pro but is that a big enough upgrade from x10 mini pro

also galaxy ace 2 is best at its price

The xperia u is pretty good. It might be quite expensive, but it has a dual core 1ghz processor and games like mc3 or fifa 12 wont be a problem. With simlock you can get it for 200 euros. Which is cheap for its performance and style. And it is updateble to official ics
