Flash CM7.2

Is there any good tutorial for doing this (not the one from XDA) ?
And I saw that I need to install a2sd/S2E, on my stock rom I am using Link2Sd, can`t I use it on CM too?
I want to install update-cm-7.2.0-20120518-NIGHTLY-gio-AROMA.zip and I saw that it can format to ext4 and wipe data from aroma installer.

i dont think that you need a2sd/S2E bcuz in some roms that i flashed it said that i need second partition but i dont have one so i flashed a rom without second partition and everything is working normaly
