Coverted Games.....!!!! From Iphone to Android

Guys can iphone games be converted to android...There's a game Motogp on iphone and not motorbike gp which is already on android....
Can that Motogp game converted to android?????????/

I don't this is possible for only one programmer.
Actually,he has to rebuild all these parameters and all other shits.
All you could use are the Sounds files...everything else must be rebuilded for Android.
