ROMs again

Hi guys!
I'd like to install a new rom to my GIO (I'm currently using 2.3.3. official GINGERBREAD) but I'm not familiar with ROMs. Maybe you can help me more.
I would like it to be:
-stable
-good performance in everyday usage
-battery usage can be the same or better than gingerbread
-compatible with games and apps
-overclocking
-less lag in games
-more free ram
-and of course no bugs like I cannot use something correctly or freezing os stg.
-good at WI-FI
Not so important becouse google is my friend
, but it could be great if you link the suggested roms, and a tutorial how to install it.

If I will install CM it will automatically root my phone and I will lose my warranty?
It's possiblle to recover the warranty if I install stock ROM back and unroot my phone?

actually you can install themes in it and it will change icons ... theres an ics theme which is pretty sweet.
