Convert HD Games to HVGA Guide

Found this guide on how to change the resolutions on HD games, thought others may like to look at it.

Not sure if it works on everything but I will prob start messing around with it.

i doesnt work.
all games that cud work were ported to hvga already
rest games need a processor thats better.
changing resolution wudnt help
plus the guide is false. u cannot change resolution by just writing lines in notepad

I was more hoping it would fix games like symphony of eternity, driving me nuts theres no fix for it.

yeah that game and gun bros they drive me crazy
i hust cant get why they dont work!
but as for the guide it wont be good help.
