One of my friends who got an HTC WILDFIRE S turned his sd card to RAM. it it possible? And how?

Dude our RAM version is 3.0 or 1.2 I'm not sure what DDR,a SD Card has WXQZ (ex:1024) MB of Storage.
How do you think you'll transform it in RAM ? -.-

There was a rom for wildfire that puts your sd card as internal memory, I found it on google. the site was xda
