This launcher work's on Gio! Only problem is license. if you have version which don't need that license please upload. Smile

I didn't say that it's impossible to work on Gio,but the idea is that Vito hasn't even one game that worked,do you think he'll uplaod a working version this time ?

Instructions:
1)Download Home changer from Android Market,its free
2)Download Apk file of SPB Shell [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
3)Turn Off your GPRS/WIFI/INTERNET
4)Install SPB APK File
5)Now open home changer and Select SPB SHELL
6)You r done

To get it works, you have to install a firewall, for example, droidwall (rooted phone) then block network acess to market application. work on my Gio 2.3.4.

Great help, tried droidwall, blocked the spb shell app, works like a charm!

You should block the market aplication, not SPB Shell so the widgets in SPB work, cause they need internet access.

well yeah, thats what I just found out, however, won't blocking the market apk block more than just the acces from spb shell? in other words, what else gets blocked by blocking off the market?

Answering you question, everything that needs the market app.
In my case I don´t need market app, cause if I want a certain application I get it from pc.
I blocked market app about 2/3 months ago and I don´t note anything unusual.

just deselect auto synchronisation and background synchr and you have no prob any more unless you select it again.

i have posted some launchers (including spb shell 3d) [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and spb shell 3d is working for me without root or some hacker things... just install the apk
