impossible to play nova 2 in gio?

Yes you wont play them. They wont work. Said it in many topics alot of times that gio has ARMv6 but nova 2 needs ARMv7

Admin,Samsung Galaxy Ace has almost the same specs. like Gio,and N.O.V.A 2 works on it .

800 MHz ARM 11 processor, Adreno 200 GPU-galaxy ace
About the same except ARM 11. Just like Gio is the same as HTC Desire HD except that HTC has ARMv7 but Gio ARMv6

Hardware wise look's like it's the exact same phone, difference is the 5 mp camera(with flash), bigger screen (still 320x480).

after applying the fixes and all i got it running trunk the intro. after that the hand closes. not force close but just close.

Farthest place in nova 2 i got was when i selected a new game and a stage was loading but it never loaded till the end so even if it would magically work it would lag terribly. But i know a way how could i play it like a normal game but i dont want to root and take the risk.

I saw a tutorial on a blog(no it doesn't exist anymore ) , where,by using the root explorer,i had to edit a file named build.prop,after change the configuration of my device by changing the model=SAMSUNG with model=HTC i could play the game with minimal lags,that was an article for Samsung Galaxy Ace,but the configuration of our Gio is the same with Ace one,so i think it would been working.i'll see if i can find the tut again .

yes it can work that way, i have tried it, but game worked only in half screen

the files that i have was working and it requires 412mb to play....i will post it here if this one will success..

@chasid Out Gio has 278 mb/RAM,and only about 180 free.

im still downloading the files via wifi...if this one will work i will let you know

It seems that all of those games should work on armv6
