roms, installing roms.

hi guys, ok at first how do you install roms? rom manager?
2. rom manager asks me for clockwork mod. where can i download it for free? i cant find.
3.what rom do you sugest? i heard jonas hendrix rom is good. he tested many other roms like simple gio and gio pro and fixed they bugs. but can i overclock jonas hendrix rom?
btw my classmate told that you can overclock phone not changing roms. how to do that?

You need download Odin and install with it.
Download roms for gio in xda forum.

thats old. you can install rom with rom manager. allmost no chance of bricking.

I personally have always used Odin. I have read somewhere, that he broke his Gio after using RomManager. Don't know is it true or not, but Odin works well, and I have no reason to stop using it.
