Iris/Skyvi problem.

Hey all. I wanted to try some android siri alternatives apps and i've founded those apps: Iris and Skyvi but when i start them and i try to say something it gives me some writes:
In skyvi: "Sorry, your device cannot recongize voices"
In Iris: "You do not have Speech Recognition. Please install Voice Search from Android Market". But when i enter android market\play store it says that it's not avalaible in my country... How can i fix it ? :o3. (bad english)
P.S: I'm running C.M 7.2 Miracle Edition
