i need help!!!!!FAST Empty i need help!!!!!FAST

My Gio is constantly rebooting itself and i can't find a solution.
I have tried alot like taking out my SD-card or my SIM-card but it doesn't help.
Suggestions?

i have found a solution myself, i upgraded my gio to CyanogenMod 7.2 but it still says it cant open and mount some documents?
In my recovery menu it says:
E:Can't mount cache/recovery/command
E:Can't mount cache/recovery/log
E:Can't open cache/recovery/log
E:Can't mount cache/recovery/last_log
E:Can't open cache/recovery/last_log
