Turn off your phone
Boot to recovery(power button+home button)
Select Apply Update
Install the zip file
Done!

But he needs to download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to OC cpu !! ^^ Or another CPU app.. Because when he will flash that kernel, cpu will be setted to default , like 800mhz

I have one more question : what are the settings for overclock? because here are :
Max. clock freq....
Min. clock freq....
Governor....
I/O scheduler....
so, what I have to set for the best playing experience?
