Am I doing something wrong? I put these filese to my galaxy gio as well, but it still tells me it needs to download files from the internet (once i open the game).

I encountered this issue with some other games as well.

I followed the steps exactly: I've put the kesh to android/data/*
and then i installed with the .apk.

Does it matter where i put the .apk on my sd card?

it doesent matter,you can put the apk where you want on your sd card.

and still i have this issue with the game telling me that it needs to download some files, even though i've put them to their correct location.

If i look at the "com.glu.android.ck" details, I see that it only has 1 byte. Should it show this?

Main line: how do i get the file going, without downloading any files?

I can't play because when I start the game it says about an upload and send me at market. Can you put the uploaded version or any ideea to play?

Not sure if this helps anyone, but i think I finally realized how to install games on the Gio correctly.
You should install the .APK file first to your phone, and after that connect it to the computer again and copy the kesh files in the destination folder (replacing that one that has been created during the installation, which is generally 1 byte large).

if i want to play ck it says i have to update...
anyone knows how to fix this ???

If u wanna update, use blackmarket to download apps, then you have to download required files and voila, you got ck with wifi! It worked for me!!
