Help Needed!?

Hi again,
First of all this is the best forum ever that reply's to problems quickly
Ps- I know this isn't the right forum but i needed some urgent help.

I have an xperia mini (ST15i) which was running on 4.0.4 i.e ICS (official ofcourse). So, i thought of rooting it and flashed it to 2.3.4 (GingerBread) and then rooted with the help of flashtool. I also installed CWM Recovery using X-Parts. I then flashed ICS and got root in it.

Now i want to flash a custom rom.So, How do i do it and my bootloader is locked and don't wanna mess with it!
I really need some help.

How then u rooted ur phone if ur bootloader is locked ? xD
On my HTC needed to firstly unlock bootloader and then root
