how to upgrade roms without deleting anything [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] im with this rom but its updated im with v2.2 its uptd to 2.3 so how to update without deleting anything?

Titanium backup.
Backup all of your apps and data, and when you flash new rom, just restore it.
